BDAT People as an organisation within Bradford Diocesan Academies Trust (BDAT) aims to meet its statutory obligations when responding to complaints. The Trust Board/Local Governing Bodies monitor the effectiveness of the complaints procedure in ensuring that complaints are handled properly.
