Annual Career Discussion:

Our Annual Career Discussions give colleagues an opportunity to discuss their career aspirations and to raise awareness of the talent and aspirations. They enable schools and the Trust to develop the expertise within and across schools.

Aims:

  • To retain talented staff within BDAT and become an employer of choice with reduced number of talented leavers
  • To overtly demonstrate that all BDAT leaders value their staff, and that MAT recognises that the workforce is the key element that brings about improvements for students.
