  • Join Twitter/Follow educational/professional Twitter feeds
  • Record your progress, reflect on it, act on and practise areas to develop from feedback
  • Collate your feedback (lesson visit/ learning walk forms, work scrutiny forms – reflect on these and use them to inform your areas to develop).
