- Collate your feedback (lesson visit/ learning walk forms, work scrutiny forms – reflect on these and use them to inform your areas to develop).

In-school
- Statutory induction for ECTs, with support from your induction tutor.
- Participate in and complete the school New Staff Induction Programme
- Meet weekly with ECF mentor.
- Work with a mentor to develop subject/phase-specific expertise.
- Observe colleagues
- Work with your mentor on specific foci throughout the year
- Joint planning with colleagues
- Moderation/standardisation of work with colleagues
- Shadow colleagues and middle leaders(e.g. joint feedback/ marking sessions)
- Support a school event/trip
- Be part of QA processes
- Use IRIS etc to film lessons, reflect, and practice
- Shadow write and develop PoS and relevant Summative Assessments
