Professional Learning Communities

BDAT runs exciting Professional Learning Communities programmes across both our primary and secondary phases for teaching and support staff.

Professional Learning Communities Aims:

The aims of our BDAT Professional Learning Communities are:

  • To support colleagues working within our academies to broaden and enhance their skills and knowledge at all stages of their career progression.
  • To support colleagues in providing the best possible outcomes for our children.

We strive to offer high-quality CPD provided by members of the central team, school leaders as well as external partners and encourage collaboration and the sharing of best practices across the Trust.
